We ,like many have been suckered into the Time Share Pit.

Our goal is to warn as many as possible to stay away from Hilton Grand Vacations. I should say run away! They are not by any means an investment or a deal.

We have offered to give our time share back after spending $40K+. Yes we still have a mortgage with HGV. They said no Bueno, even though they have made over $40k and would have the deed back to resell. Their offer they gave of 1/10th the payed value , gives you the true value of what a time share is worth.

Again : RUN from Hilton Grand Vacations, or any time share for that matter. Your annual fee for maintainance, taxes , etc.. will pay for the 5 -7 day holiday stay at some pretty nice hotels and then some.
